essentials.sh is a small, independently run project. There are no accounts and no support desk — the tools run entirely in your browser, so there's usually nothing on our side to unlock or reset. A public contact address is being set up and will be published on this page first.

Bug reports and feature requests

When the contact address lands here, the most useful bug reports include: the tool you were using, what you entered (or a minimal reproduction — inputs never reach our servers, so we can't look anything up on our side), what you expected, and what happened instead. Browser and OS versions help for anything rendering-related. Feature requests are welcome — the roadmap has always grown from "every site needs this and it's annoying everywhere else."

Security reports

If you believe you've found a security issue in the site, the API, or the MCP server, please hold off on public disclosure and use the contact address once it's published here — we'll respond as quickly as we can and credit you in the fix unless you'd rather stay anonymous.
